Don't miss this!

First off I want to thank everyone that has left comments here and at 4shared...you guys are just a treasure! I do read them all and get the warm fuzzies:)

Secondly...(is that even a word...lol), I want to let you know that I've gotten many emails since I released my AshleyB kit asking me questions about myself and my stuff, i.e. how did I do it, can you help me, etc. So with that in mind, I've decided I'm going to add a section in my sidebar with links to help with that sort of stuff...how to figure out Blogger and specific links for creating in PSP. I hope you'll enjoy having the links there and exploring them:)

The most commented on, or question actually is...am I crazy for giving this stuff away? ROFLOL! If you've ever, in your entire life, been broke...you'll understand. I'm SO broke I can't pay attention! I haven't worked in over 18 months as I'm awaiting a disability hearing and that means we lost $20k of income...ouch! That's depressing in itself! Then my best cyberpal introduces me to digital scrapping and I was gripped with an obsession at all the gorgeous stuff that was out there. But...being broke can have an advantage! I couldn't afford to buy anything so I figured I'd try my hand at making my own and here we are today:) I know that there are plenty of people out there that are counting their pennies too and a beautiful scrap kit by a 'famous label' designer is something they simply can't splurge on. So I do my best to contribute cool freebies to the scrapping community and hopefully you all think I'm getting better with each set. So that's my freebie story and I'm sticking to it...lol.

I must say that I do have this fantastic, dreamy, drop-dead-gorgeous kit swirling around in my head and if I can ever get the danged thing translated into pixels, I am going to charge you all big time to get it...I need a new computer, damn it...roflmaopimp:)

And now, what I really want to talk about today if you can stand anymore of my ramblings! If you haven't heard of Everyday Digital Scrapbooking get yourself over there right now. And sign up for their newsletter too...I sub to the weekly one but there is also a daily one. There has never been 1 issue of this newsletter where I haven't been drawn to their site! Here is their Mission Statement and every word is true: "The Everyday Digital Scrapbooking Idea Blog's mission is to bring new ideas for scrapbooking with your computer via tutorials every weekday. This mission is accomplished through step-by-step instructions, visual examples of layouts, and links for related information for all ages.
This blog is a multi-designer blog devoted to digital technology for use in scrapbooking. Its purpose is to inspire creativity by sharing links and resources."
They cover everything from basics for beginners, printing at home, hybrid scrapping, digital photography, journaling, and home decor, just to name a few. I think this is a site you really don't want to miss and will learn something new every single week...I love these gals, can you tell? So if you're into PS, PSE, or PSP, you can't lose:)

OK...shutting up now and getting back to work. Have a fantastic week all!

I absolutely love your designs. They are wonderful! I am having difficulty downloading the AshleyB papers. I've clicked on everything I can, and they still don't download. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for all your great work and for sharing so generously.

Just popping in to say thanks you for the kind comments you left on my blog. As a newbie to the world of scrapping and designing, it means a lot to me. This is my first visit to your blog, I love your stuff and am popping in later to have a closer look. Masculine kits out there are few and far between and I have 3 sons and a hubby to scrap!

Hang in there on the disability thing! I was very lucky? (not sure you can call having Alzheimer's Disease lucky) to have no trouble getting my disability. The good thing is when you do get it, you will get back pay, so hang inthere. I will pray for you! If you need a shoulder to cry on, I'm here...jallen@wildblue.net

Im so glad i went back and read the back blogs and learned more about you. I am one of those so broke. I work still because I have to but am barely able to hubby is fighting for his disability now so we are making it on just my income. I love your kits and what you make. I was making things out of need before my good puter died and this one wont let me make zippo nothing ...so without those like you id really be in a black depressed funk..this is literally the bright patch in an otherwise bleak point in life right now for me so thank you so much for being that kind to share even when you dont have much yourself to share! It really says a lot about you
